I was responsible for production planning, creating shot lists and schedules, tracking the progress of every shot and coordinating all departments—including animation, music, sound design and effects—to ensure a smooth production pipeline and on-time delivery. I also organized and managed a live-action reference shoot to create reference footage for the animation team.
